Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The item must not be damaged or altered
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund will be transferred to your bank account (details required) within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
